Refunds & Cancellation
Return Policy
Returns / Exchange Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the fit of an item(s) after receiving the correct order that you placed, we will gladly accept the item(s) for refund within up to 2 days after the customer receives it and are happy to accommodate the request. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in salable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped, but if it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible for a partial refund.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive and have inspected the item, if deemed unaltered you will be refunded within 5 - 10 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.
We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new item.

If items are in-transit damaged, defective or incorrect:
We will issue refunds on items damaged in-transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.
It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local CUSTOMS office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Dula T is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at Support@wedulat.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
Please email Support@wedulat.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Order confirmation email
- Your request and most importantly
- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
We (recommend) that pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and to prevent future occurences.
Cancel Order Policy
Unfortunately since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.
Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email Support@wedult.com and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Order confirmation email, and
- Your request
REFUND POLICY:
Once your return is authorized and product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
